Driving motivation in human beings is a complex process. Moving people to innovate, solve problems and be flexible and open to change can be a daunting undertaking.

Each generation has had historical experiences that color their perceptions of the world around them. Understanding these differences can help you better lead and manage your multigenerational workforce.

Class is free to current KCAHE members. Registration is through JCCC with KCAHE membership verified. Maximum number in class is 30 with a minimum of 5 needed for class.
