Registration Info

Registration will be limited and on a first come, first serve basis.  It is open only to current KCAHE members. No individual registrations - 4 person teams only. If you are unable to fill all four spots, please reach out to Tracy Johnson to add interested single golfers.

Breakfast: burrito with eggs, cheese, bacon + hash browns + fruit and coffee will be served at the clubhouse prior to start.

A lunch buffet will be served after completion of your round. Awards ceremony will start at the completion of all team’s rounds.

  • Mulligan Ball - can be pre-purchased (one per team): $20 (will be $30 if purchased at course)

  • Bubba Watson Hole - can be pre-purchased (one per team):$20 (will be $30 if purchased at course)

  • Longest Drive (Men’s and Women’s)

  • Closest to the pin (Men’s and Women’s)

  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Prizes

Team registrations - (4) person teams only (SOLD OUT)

Includes greens fees for four, golf carts, lunch buffet, (2) drink tickets per player, and giveaways for four, plus signage/recognition on the course: $850

    Includes signage at the Bloody Mary station (sponsor will set up tent at clubhouse)

    Includes signage at the specified hole, an opportunity to set up a tent, serve John Daly drinks, give away snacks and interact with players

  • Margarita Tent Sponsorship (SOLD OUT): $1,000
    Includes signage at the specified hole, an opportunity to set up a tent, serve margaritas, give away snacks and interact with players

  • Special Hole Sponsorship (SOLD OUT): $750
    Includes signage at the specified hole, an opportunity to set up your own tent, give away snacks and interact with players. Games, such as chipping contests for prizes, can be set up provided they do not slow the pace of play.

  • Photo Booth Sponsorship (SOLD OUT): $1000
    Includes signage at the photo booth. Sponsor will have the opportunity to interact with attendees as they take photos.

  • Golf Ball Sponsorship (SOLD OUT): $1,000
    Includes company logo on one sleeve of golf balls for every player

  • Raffle Sponsors (2 available): $250
    Includes the opportunity to present raffle prizes during the award ceremony/lunch following the round
